Nicole Ari Parker is an American stage and film actress who is known for her role as the spirited lawyer Teri Joseph on the Showtime show Soul Food. The actress is known under her married name, Nikki Kodjoe. Since childhood, Nikki Kodjoe was an actor with a natural. In an Maryland contest with high school students, she won the award for Best Actress. Contractor was born in Mumbai and lived in Nigeria during seven years was awash with cultural experiences and travels at an early age. Only eight men selected and four females are admitted for a 20-week intensive course of classical theater. Contractor's spot was assured in the next play as she was offered the role as Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
